The moonlight casts a shadow,

Controlling,
Demanding,
Follow them,
To the so called,
Promise Land.

Counting the price of regret,
As my life hung in the balance,
Twisting minds with it,
Just one of your many talents.

Tales have been told,
Of a better life,

I was so naive,
